Dropped off a car full of old books, cardboard and paper. Was directed to back up to a skip bin and found it easy to unload.

Very congenial and efficient plant to drop off waste. Cost effective and super well organised bin arrangement. Very quiet on a Tuesday afternoon - in and out within half an hour.

Friendly staff. Easy layout. Gets very busy on weekends and public holidays. You must show ur proof of id when entering as its only open to residents of the blue mountains. Gets a bit smelly after a bit of rain.... but its the tip so its expected.

Best Waste Management facility in the whole region. Staff is always helpful and my husband and I absolutely love the quirky decorations spread around the place. A waste facility that encourages recycling and makes you smile....this is quite special! Keep up the good work!

Easy process to get in/out of the facility. Can get very busy on long weekends or just before/during bushfire season. Has a reuse shed to repurpose items so theybarent put into landfill.

Great blokes, got there late in the day and pretty sure they wanted to get out of there but they were happy and chatting away and one of the fellas just jumped in and started helping me empty my trailer!! All staff very helpful and polite

Can get caught out on exit with the cost sometimes, some loads seem quite expensive to drop compared to others.Very helpful ground staff, well organised and friendly.Pick your times - you'll have to wait a while if busy.
