Took my brand new Levi jeans to be shortened, showed the man how I’d measured them using my tape measure and he took them away, no mention that if not measured the way they measure. Picked up and they are so short I cannot wear them. I’ll add they’d done a really good job of it, but too short and now unwearable.I went back to show them and saw a different man who sadly didn’t understand that I’d explained how I’d measured and started shouting at me in front of other customers.Embarrassed at being a female and being shouted at by a man in public I left and told him he was rude.If I’d measured myself incorrectly they should have told me when I dropped them off, I specifically showed him.I’m now left with a brand new pair of $150 Levi’s, $35 to alter and cannot wear them.
