Ace Spa Repairs

Lyle Attended to my Spa Bath pump on the 10th March took the pump away and returned and reinstalled the pump on the16th March. I sent him a text to say the pump is leaking at the pipe joint. on the 23rd he attended and took the pump away. Ihave text Lyle 5 times from the9th April until today with no contact. Im a little concerned that he will not contact me I have left many voice messages on his phone and sent an email asking for him to contact me. His initial contact was good.

18 months ago Lyle inspected and carried out repairs on my spa. I was happy with the work. I needed a new spa cover and (as per all spa cover company’s policies) I paid in full. Lyle disappeared off the face of the earth with my money. No spa cover, no return calls. Nothing. Local spa shop said this was out of character for him but disappointingly he has never ever contacted me or returned my money. So disappointed with the person/company

Ace Spa Repairs is AMAZING!!! Not only did they show up on time but the works were carried out in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company for all your spa needs.

Lyle was initially very professional and showed up on time to replace a pump in my spa however the spa went into a strange error mode directly afterwards. Lyle then returned to check things and suggested it might be compatibility issue with my existing heater. So I let him take it away for investigation. Despite multiple SMS's, calls, emails, web forms on his website I cant seem to get through to the guy. This was in June, its now nearly November. Submitted a office of fair trading complaint against him and sure enough they couldnt get through to him either. Have given up and will need to purchase a new heater now. I'm just not sure what happened he was excellent the first time and then dropped off the face of the planet.....

Had the pleasure of working with Ace Spa Repairs today. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Very thankful for their patience and in being so accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended!
