Awesome company to deal withContract installers were awesome

I had my hot water system upgraded. The communication was great and I was booked in. The plumber and electrician arrived on time and the work completed very quickly. Perfect job!

Originally very good communication and the installation all went to plan however after many weeks they still haven't taken away the old hot water heater and all the packing from the new heater.As this was part of the agreement I am disappointed that it wasn't completed and they have not responded to my requests to have the items removed.

Another dodgy energy rebate operator that has jumped on this scheme to rort some money from the government and consumers. Told me they don’t do “hard” jobs because no one wants them. That’s exactly what people want to hear. Told me their install approach and it was crystal clear they weren’t qualified or licensed to be doing the install or removal. They would have caused more problems if they did it. Luckily I knew enough to say good bye unlike some of the other poor folks on here that went with this company. They were probably installing pink batts insulation in homes before this.

Don’t deal with this company as they will stuff you around for ages, not call you back.I signed up 15/12/22First they said install will be end December, nothing from them neither a phone call. I rang they said first week after new year 2023, still nothing from them. I called again then they said have no stock. Will have stock end January still nothing from them.Waited no response from them again. I rang again, they said they haven’t got a installer.Rang back they said within 2 weeks a installer will come out and nothing again neither a phone call.Today I rang they said the installer won’t come but can organise someone else for more money.I’ll be finding another company.

It was a pleasure dealing with this business, old fashioned prompt service - easy to contact, all questions answered patiently and with expertise. Highly recommend! ( videos very helpful)

At the beginning was very responsive but as soon as I paid the $33 never heard from them again and the customer support promised to give me call, indeed I received a call few days after the installation that did not happen. Lo and behold i was told that my schedule was pushed up to 6 weeks from its original date as we agreed.I am still waiting for a refund.

Had my new Hot Water heater installed and can not fault it. A Big thankyou to Jesse from Le water who right from the get go was so friendly and very professional when right from offering,organising install and following up to make sure everything is good and I the client is happy. Can not fault him and his services he provided. 5 stars for Le water
