Shout out to Sarah at the Noosaville Strandbags shop. From the moment I walked in the store she greeted me with such a big smile which made me feel very welcomed straight away. Her customer service was 11/10 providing timely, attentive, upbeat service & went the extra mile again & again to help me with my order. Shops need 100 more of her. I'll be back to that store even tho its further for me to drive just for her outstanding service. Thanks so much Sarah!
