Gold's Gym Kippa-Ring

Equipment is like NO other gym in North Brisbane. Quality, ergonomically designed with consideration all and every body type. Brilliant spacing of machines on gym floor so you don't feel on top of one another like most commercial gyms, not to mention enormous spaces in Muscle Park for all avenues of strength/cardio training. Love the 360 degree handles implemented for comfort and versatility alongside the helpful and happy staff that are always on hand to answer any questions. Get to the MECCA!!! :D 11/10

Love this Gym! I was apprehensive about joining as I was hadn't been to the gym in a long time and I worried that it was for people with more experience or more of a body building background but I was so wrong. Ive never felt more comfortable at a gym and its the first time I've ever been so consistent with my sessions. Loads of equipment, lots of space. Staff are so friendly too!

Golds Redcliffe is a fantastic gym! Boasting the high quality equipment and well maintained training/amenities areas of an internationally franchised group, with the friendly team you'd find at a little local club. You always receive a big smile and a G'day" from the front desk. The trainers are extremely well versed in their fields

Troy and the team have been amazing - everyone is super friendly and the facilities and equipment are top notch!I was struggling with motivation after shoulder and foot surgery last year, and my physio, Damian, at Movement RX suggested I contact Troy.I love it - I have finally found my gym mojo which was MIA for the past couple of years, and with the guidance of Troy and Damian, i have signed up for the “Stronger than you know” challenge!Thanks team! You’ve helped put the bounce back in my exercise routine! ⭐️

Amazing gym! I feel so comfortable and at home. Have made so many friends coming to this gym. The staff are amazing shout out to Nikita, Kellie and Faith who always help me out.

This gym is claiming to be the 'Mecca of bodybuilding' but don't have a seated calf raise machine? Ironically this statement is right near a picture of Shawn Ray doing seated calf raises.Also, barely any accessories for the cable machines.Broken piece of equipment that still hasn't been repaired after 2 weeks.Rather disappointing.Update 4 months later.Still no seated calf machine.Still barely any accessories for the cable equipment. A lack of 2.5 kg plates. I count 6 in total. I have to search the gym to find them. Are you serious?The dumbbell rack only goes down to 10kg.There is some nice machines though, but that's about it.This is NOT the Mecca of bodybuilding.9/5/23Unfortunately yet another update.After waiting more than 4 months, this damage to the floor still hasn't been repaired or replaced with heavy duty mats.I like the Gym 80 equipment, but this is unprofessional, careless and a total disregard for the safety of its members.

Trying to juggle family/work life and going to the gym can be a struggle at times. The team here at Golds Kippa Ring are really amazing in taking the time to listen and help in all aspects. 5+ stars.

Gold's has everything I require for my rehab and strength training. I love how they have different sections to suit a variety of workouts, including free weights, cables, pin weighted machines, Gold's speciality machines, classes, yoga, power lifting, spin, etc.The PTs are excellent and work closely with the physios at Movement RX if required.This is not just a muscle gym" - a wide variety of people of different age groups

Everyone is always friendly at golds, I’m always welcomed by the staff and have had some friendly conversations with other patrons too. The gym is always clean and tidy. always enough equipment to complete my workout.
