Over the past few years I have been going to In-Balance physio, I have not yet had a bad experience. All instructors and physiotherapists explain and present the required information in a very understanding way which has helped make recovery times a lot easier and quicker.

I have been attending in balance for three years now. I am very satisfied with the service and staff are always friendly and helpful. I love attending my weekly Pilates class and the instructors are always attentive, giving correction when needed in an easy to follow direction.

I went to In-Balance with a basketball injury, I found the team very accommodating and were able to squeeze me in with a last minute appointment.The facilities are fantastic along with the service provided. They made the diagnosis and treatment easy to understand and help put a plan in place to assist with the recovery.

Friendly staff on arrival. Comfortable environment. Didn’t wait long at all. Personable and caring service where I felt heard and my questions were answered. Clear and achievable instructions with a personalised plan were given and my questions were answered.This gave me confidence that my health issue will improve. A pleasant experience. Thank you Elsa.

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and in depth.I required surgery and they helped me from before my surgery right up to the end of my recovery, including providing me with the correct information to prevent injury in the future.Would highly recommend for anyone requiring or considering physio therapy.

I recently took my daughter to see the amazing Dan at In Balance. He is such a kind man with a gentle way of communicating that my daughter could understand. He made the experience fun and we all learnt something too! The follow up care was super thoughtful with great communication and things we can do at home. Thanks In Balance!

I'm an ndis client. I have cerebral palsey, suspected autism and love coming to inbalance. It's a welcoming environment for all clients to come to. There lovely friendly caring staff and they look after me well. Also I can have a laugh with them this is good for me, my mental health, stress levels and general anxiety disorder. I love coming to exercise physiology doing a good working out, working hard, with exercise and love seeing working out with chloe, alison and now with james. Also I love coming to see physio Courteney, elsa linthodema physio, josh podiatrist and lara ot hand therapist for the osteoarthritis in my hands. I love going to the launceston aquatic centre pool to do Hydrotherapy with chloe, lauren, alison, tanushka, elsa and james its so good for me, my joints to do exercise and working hard. This is why I love coming every week to inbalance.
