Wilson Parking - Riverside Centre, Brisbane CBD, QLD Car Park

Just ridiculous!Because we arrived a couple minutes before 5am, we were charged a $15 early fee!On top of the 3 hours we where there, in total cost us $84! INSANE.Especially when the sign to try to get people to park there says parking starting from $5"There is almost no signing of where to park

I wish I could give a negative number of stars. They asked for the keys to my performance car and they were annoyed when I simply asked if that could be waivered due to both sensitive personal client documents as well as my vehicle insurance stipulations. They lady was extremely disrespectful in both her tone and demeanour. She was abrupt and asked me to leave despite having prepaid my parking. She insisted that the sign on display after arriving in the carpark was binding, and that I have no options but to leave the keys despite having laptops and personal sensitive info in the car. I was also not comfortable having a clearly incompetent parking attendant drive my performance car after watching him struggle to move and park cars in a very tight space. Both my guest and I felt extremely intimidated were shaken by the aggressive bullying of the male in the carpark we were subjected to. The woman was an uncultured, rude and idiotic person that should not be at a customer service point. The witness I have to the events of today November at midday was appalled by my treatment.

I was with my 73yr old friend last night returning to her car parked in the carpark, only to find that the roller doors were down and we couldn't access the lifts in the hotel as the front glass automatic doors were locked, this was at approximately 11.30pm. We called the contact no. on the sign several times but it kept asking us to leave a message, no one was answering. There was a Wilson telephone on the side of the building but it was broken & didnt work. I walked all around the building looking for a way in but nothing. Eventually I caught the attention of a security guard working in a different building and she let us in with her swipe card. Im sorry but this is NOT acceptable, how are people supposed to get to there car, it does say 24hr parking.Then when we left the boom gate didnt stay up long enough, came back down and nearly hit the bonnet of the car.And please don't copy n paste your standard reply thanking me for my feedback and you will pass it on, as clearly you do not pass it on from reading numerous other complaints. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid all Wilson Parking carparks in the future.

Rude, curt, abrupt, blunt is how I will describe the parking attendant staff. I watched a female parking attendant to my disgust argue with a customer. I was appalled by the display and considered calling security as no customer should be treated in that manner. I visit the restaurants on Eagle street fairly often for business luncheons and will most certainly not be parking at Riverside in future. Please educated your staff regarding customer service...

If I could give a negative star i would give negative 5 stars. This carpark has an awful layout and the signage is so poor. I don't understand how a carpark can be so bad. I will never park here again.

Why can't Wilson's put a sign up saying they are full for all but pre-bookings?Dear Wilsons Management, could you please take the time and money to put the following signs outside your car parks when necessary : Full. Pre-Bookings Only."How many people waste time and petrol going into their highly expensive car parks only to find there are none? Thanks."

Terrible service!I consistently make bookings with Wilson parking as a regular and today made a mistake with the incorrect time. I called to explain and spoke with Sofia who was very rude. She would not try to understand that I haven't entered or look to prove that I didn't enter car park instead she said I would need to pay again. I explain this is unfair as I didn't even enter the premises and the time was just incorrect however she did not care at all. I asked to speak with a manager and within 1 second she said no he's busy. I explained she didn't even check or ask however she did not care and said ill forward your information.I asked for her details to make an official complaint however she told me my name is Sofia and that's all I'm giving you.Terrible service by a rude person

Absolute scam! The sign outside saying hourly parking rates from $3 is purposefully misleading and should be removed as $3 is only for 15minutes and I'm sure many people like myself were in a rush, saw the sign and thought it would be a good place to park. Genuinely disgusted

Very confusing layout. Hard to tell whether certain areas were one way or not. Luckily I have a very small car. Would not recommend if you own a medium to large sized vehicle. Had troubles with the lift to get out to the pier. A group of us strangers tried another lift and still didn’t move, so we ended up finding a stairwell to exit.
