There is two staff on Saturday 27 of May 2023 at 845am , 1 lady with curly hair was very rude and non helping with my questions and non patient at all !!!! Another staff was told me Saturday daily pass is 18$ which was wrong information! Terrible customer service ever ! Be ware of them !

Mascot is a very popular train station. There are buses connecting with other suburbs, as well as taxis and of course Uber cars available. There are many shops, bars, cafes and gyms outside. The station itself is very clean and accessible for people with limited mobility. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I have been using the station for more than 10 years and never felt unsafe.

Mascot Train Station is a top transport hub that puts you perfectly in Suburban Mascot not too far from the airport.I took it there to make my way to a local hotel for a meeting and it was a top station.Clean, heaps of trains, easy to get out of and easy to find yourself around when you're on the surface (being an underground station).Quite accessible too. Great spot!

The station is brand new, however, it was surely not designed to cope with the daily commuters needs. Narrow staircases, slow escalators, lack of lifts, often overcrowded and the traffic and business on the surroundings is also madness.

Has 2 platforms. Platform 1 gets trains going from inner suburbs to city circle. Next stop is Green Square followed by Central.Average station with not too many amnesties. Was neat and clean. Can be crowded during peak hours.The stairs are narrow and there is no escalator from the platform to the upper deck. It’s either stairs or lifts. Number of lifts is also limited.

This trains is always packed in the peak hours you can hardly get a seat' Always standing up sometimes you have push yourself in just to get in the train it's not right but what do I know there should be a better solution to this . overall the place is great and always clean
