Wow Banh Mi
Staff is prompt and service is quick. Quality food and generous portions. My personal favourite is the roasted pork banh mi. The crunch from the bread, tanginess from the pickled veggies and crispy skin pork with sauce, Vietnamese mayo and pate is PERFECT! So filling and affordable! Definitely my go-to Banh Mi place in North Brisbane.

While doing my weekend shopping, I had become so famished from all the walking in Stafford Shopping Centre, and almost did I just resort to my usual go-to fast food restaurant, Guzman y Gomez. Fortunately, I recalled that there is a food court in Stafford Shopping Centre too. And there is a Vietnamese food stall in the food court! Vietnamese is one of my favourite cuisines. I ordered a chargrilled pork rice vermicelli salad bowl, and a stick of pork meat balls. They are really yummy and authentic. I'll most definitely return to try out other dishes from Wow Banh Mi! :D

Only commenting on the Pho Bo soup. The broth was too thin with no depth and very peppery. The rare beef was rather tough as well.Will try the Banh mi next and update review.

4x veg spring rolls and chicken Pho to share $19.90. Great value, have it regularly. Supplied with hoisin sauce, fresh Thai basil , lime wedge and sprouts. Ask for chilli on the side.

Cracking pork banh mi and bao bun are stand out good.The pork quantity and quality is excellent. Banh mi comes without pate standard (available on request) and optional chilli.The bao bun is very very big. Everything was fresh, bun, pork and the rest.Very friendly staff. Very recommend.

We are a regular here. Best bao I tasted so far. Simple ingredients but was done in perfection. Can not fault the Banh Mi, the beef pho might need some salt but still top notch. Highly recommend.

Love the noodle salad here, the foods always been good when I've come. I take my clients here regularly and they are very accommodating with dietary needs. Staff have always been friendly and personable.
