I brought a second hand Chinese tractor and was worried about getting parts until I found the Circle D website. I have since placed a few orders and the service has been exceptional and fast. I received a call to check when I ordered parts that were not compatible. Highly recommended!

Dont query them if they make a mistake. Paid for an urgent spare part to be shipped fast and when I queried why it took 24 hours to send it the manager told me it's not up to us to chase around after you". Then told me to get my parts elsewhere in future. Not great at customer service but I believe that they feel they are the only game in town. Shame really as they could be a great supplier. Just need to improve their customer service."

I own a Agrison 60 hp tractor that need some parts and had no idea of part numbers. I contacted circle D and almost imediately got an email back from Dean, who requested some more photos of the machine and the parts.From that he was able to identify some suggestions and the measurements. They had the correct parts in the mail that night.I cannot recommened these guys enough.

From the time I enquired about a part to post delivery these guys went over and beyond in their service. After i received the parts we required some further information. Dean and the team found the required information which was really helpful. Dean provided great communication during the whole process. Thank you to the team at Circle D.
