I straightaway felt well looked after the moment I stepped in for my session. Frances made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage because I am very sensitive to pressure and was also quite sore that day. I now know where I need to go to feel best and rejuvenated again!

Amazing massage from Charisma. I had shoulder and elbow pain inhibiting my weight training, so Charisma performed the ‘Warrior’ sports remedial massage style for my injuries. I had instant results and continued improvement the next day. I had a follow up treatment a few days later with even more improvement.I highly recommend Bodywork Habitat for the variety of treatments available, and they are easy to find at World Gym Stafford with plenty of parking.

Frances deserves her 5 star rating. After an awful week I have walked away feeling amazing and determined to have more of her in my life! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to buy for someone for a gift.

My massage was great! Frances was friendly and listened to what I needed. It was the prefect mix of relaxing and remedial, with lots of little extras to make it feel special. Will definitely be returning!

Very relaxed atmosphere, went in there with lower back problems could hardly even put my shoes and after two sessions feeling a lot better already. I’ve been returning on a weekly basis now as I feel 100% after I leave there. My body is feeling great even after returning to train at the gym after a couple years. Would recommend for all your needs from pain to stress relief.

I took a 45 mins massage from Frances and trust me when I say this, it was amazing. After-effects of the massage was more agility in my tight muscles. Definitely go for it as it is worth the money. Must have for people that lift weights a lot. It will improve your performance.

Can’t recommend Bodyworks Habitat enough! Frances knows exactly how to get to unlock those sore muscles and get rid of any tension build up. I’ve been going every fortnight for a couple of months now and each time, at super easy to book and walk away feeling amazing every time!
