I wouldn't trust my building & pest inspection to anyone else. Inspex was very professional, took care of organizing the inspection with my real estate agent, and promptly gave our report the next day. We found out that all their inspectors are licensed builders so they really know about houses which gave us peace of mind that we chose the right inspectors. They even allowed us to come to the inspection so we can ask any questions that came up. Buying a home was a big step for our family and we were confident with moving ahead with the purchase after finding out there were no major defects to the home. We would highly recommend Inspex.

I have used Inspex twice now, on the gold coast and in Brisbane. Both times they had excellent communication and the builders contacted me to talk through the property. The forest time they picked on up major structural issues that would have cost me a fortunate. The second time they picked up all the small things and I wad able to get them rectified before settling on the property.

The inspector who carried out the Building & Pest inspection was punctual, discreet, polite and very professional. The report that was provided was very detailed. I was not able to attend the inspection and had some follow questions, which the inspector was more than happy to be contacted about them.
