Went here on Sunday arvo to buy some chips. Noticed that Grainwaves chips were advertised there for $2.15 (better than half price). Grab 4 of those chips and went to checkout.Upon scanning, it shows $2.40 on the till, enquired with the mature Asian lady on the self check-out till, and she just said : oh its $2.40? And you said it was $2.15? Oh then its not that different" and just walked away.We were quite surprised with her attitude and ignorance to the store policy.Unhelpful staff. Luckily we do not live close by to this store"

Great produce and good staff though they really could use more people on checkouts, I never asked to be my own checkout clerk. That said, the staff they do have working there are very attentive and good based on my experiences.Really good veg selection here, which it needs to be as their is a veg market just beside our with very good produce.Slight nit-picks would be that they never seem to cook enough chickens and sell out early most of the time.

Not very impressed with a staff member who turned me away today, I was in hospital over this christmas weekend and only got discharged today, so I went in to try to get bin bags straight from hospital as ive had none, I went to walk into the store and he told me I couldn't come in as they were closing up soon and refused my entry whilst standing in the walk way blocking entry to store, I said I cant even quickly run and get bin bags" and he had said straight out No the store was closing up soon

Friendly staff but please get a proper baker, they haven't had any decent bread for weeks now due to not having a head baker on site - staff are friendly though but need more checkouts open

relatively decent place but my god the static or whatever in there has been so bad, my mother, myself and other shoppers have been by shelves, trolleys and even the self checkout machines. it's so genuinely bad, I got zapped twice like 5 minutes ago and my hand still aches

My online order contained everything and there was even a little welcome to Maddington thank you note and choccy!! How Cute! Thank you to whoever packed my order (03/05 - roughly 2:15pm)Will absolutely be ordering online again and going into the Maddington store :D

Everytime you go through self serve the staff are busy talking to other staff members rather then worrying about the customers the people who keep them employed! Its really poor and not good enough!!
