Salvos Stores Bundall

The lady working in there today was incredibly rude. I had a number of items i was trying on but due to possibly a poor trying on system, she proceeded to count each item and it’s coat hanger each time I walked in and out of the change room, she stood outside the door and waited the whole time for me to get dressed. Because of the lengthy trying on process, my 3 year old was extremely restless. She proceeded to yell at him for running in the shop, when she could have calmly spoken to him. It was embarrassing and demoralising for me. I should have walked out and regret spending my money here.

Store is set up beautifully, has a boutique feel, light and airy. Yes there are higher priced quality items, obviously Salvos are trying to raise as much money as they can for their charity work. Saying that I found plenty of reasonable priced items in clothing, knick knacks and books. Sue one of the staff wrapped my candle sticks up carefully and served me with a friendly smile, nothing was too much trouble. I will be back

The store staff were absolutely lovely. Sue assisted me and went far and beyond. Even with delivery. I was on foot ,having no car and not knowing my way around the state.Great store,friendly service. Highly recommend this store.

Really nice store, actually has some nice clothes! Got a cute perfect stranger top and found a nice short black party dress with a lace up back. Absolutely lovely staff and has a nice atmosphere.

Hi everyone, I just want to share with you the most wonderful experiences that I have had with the Salvation Army, not just at Bundall ,who I might add are some of the most helpful and wonderful people I have ever dealt with, but with the fantastic work they do for all of us.I am a Salvation Army kid back in the 60s, who would never had made it through life without them.Please help the people that help us , give support and a friendly word to the hard working people of the Salvation Army .. Great location, easy car park provided off the road, warm polite and helpful staff despite us coming in close to closing time, prices are all what you expect at an op shop, all while supporting the good humanitarian works of the Salvos. I scored a pair of pants for $6 and a food processor for $40 - my wife and I have been looking for one, but it's a relief knowing we can try this one for $40 instead of trying to find the perfect one for hundreds of $ without trying it! We had a great experience and recommend Salvos Stores to anyone looking to prevent waste, spend less, and support humanitarian efforts.
