Our back brakes needed urgent attention. Kiel knowledgably assisted us with very little notice and turned the car around to be safely on the road within 24hrs. We have not used Douglas Automotive before but we will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Great service. Issue apperently worth thousands resolved with a service and basic consumables. Even walked us through repair when I was skeptical. 6 months on no issue and running great. Highly recommended especially those with Jeeps.

I have been taking all our family cars to Kiel for a couple of years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Kiel not only treats his customers well, but also his employees and it shows. Everyone there is friendly and polite. Nobody treats me as if I know nothing about cars because I am a woman. (Even though I don't!). The workshop is spotless and Kiel gives the best advice. Even letting you set the budget for the most urgent stuff if you are short of cash. Our cars have never been better looked after and I can't recommend this business highly enough.

Helpful and personal service by top notch mechanics! really why would you go to a dealer and pay too much and have to fend off pushy sales staff on commission upselling an already overpriced service with the old chestnut would you like your coolant flushed and wheels rotated for an extra $90" 5/5 keep up the good work guys."

Super friendly, genuine, professional team. They were happy to help with a small tyre fix at a good 'local' price. They also help with Audio system, Navigation and Bluetooth system repairs and upgrades. Just great.

Delightfully comprehensive and professional.New to the area, I thought to try them out to service our vehicle. Well, I discovered they were thorough, friendly and comprehensive. Tyres were rotated and a puncture discovered, pending issues were discussed and costs discussed. Even a warning light problem was diagnosed and fixed though it had nothing to do with them. Thank you.I will return.
