Sue is the most thorough and diligent pharmacist I have ever come across. She just helped me with a tricky prescription and was so great. She kept offering to help me with other health issues, and I honestly learnt so much from her. Never had such a great pharmacist experience before - wow!

Bad experience with a lady that supposed to be a manager in this store. Went to return perfume I wasn't happy with (I've been buying the same perfume but from different stores for years - one spritz from the one from Chemist Warehouse and I knew it was either fake or old batch, or both). Anyway, after a while she concluded it was a faulty batch but refused to return my money as ''she couldn't resell it anymore''. Why would you if you just admitted it is faulty? Won't be coming anytime soon
