Australia Post - Goodna LPO

this post office is really nice, the staff are great and they are super helpful. Most post offices tend to tick and flick you like the bank. These guys are really nice.

The staff are always friendly and helpful BUT the new building is located in an inconvenient location. The car park only has 4 customer car park spaces plus a wheel chair park, but the rest is for loading zones and delivery trucks. There is little turning space with lots of yellow poles to avoid. Then, when leaving, you can't make a right hand turn out of the driveway. It truly is ridiculous.

They successfully retrieved a small package for the intended recipient. No trouble to me.I got a beep from the postie. Then package was heading to the intended. Class.

I always get great service from Kim -Chrissy and Tracey. Always helpful and pleasent and fast service.

The staff are always nice and even helped me save money with my postage which is very helpful. I had to do my passport application and the whole process was very convience and easy.The new location has expanded their carpark space at the back, so I don't know what other customers are on about. I think we all should understand that COVID-19 has impacted a lot of businesses and it is good support rather than sabotage small businesses.

My wife and I arranged a PO Box here after moving into the area. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a post office. Chrissy, who set up the PO Box, and whom we have been helped by since, is outstanding - friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional; she is a credit to Australia Post. One of my professional hats is customer experience (CX) consulting/training, so I have insights many don't - Chrissy is exceptionally good.The premises are new, clean and well laid out. There is some parking at the side and back of the building, as well as out in the street nearby. We like the fact that the premises are not at a shopping centre, partly because the PO Box Plus address is better, being a street address instead of a shop/shopping centre address.Earlier, I was helped by another lady, who was also friendly and helpful.Addendum Nov 2021. Having been a customer for nearly a year, I have got to know other staff members - Tracey and Kim - who are lovely, helpful people. Extra parking out the back now, too.(This is a refresh of an older review - I had technical problems on my Google Account which caused most of my reviews to disappear.)

Tried to tell me that Australia Post doesn’t sell pre paid postage bags! Even when I rang Australia Post main line online the guy refused to believe them too. I swear he was on some type of injectable that day.

Friendly staff in store, faster service than most offices (probably just less busy but it's nice). I phoned them about a parcel and they were able to assist me and save me an unnecessary trip down there which was definitely nice, as it is usually hard to get info out of Australia Post without physically making the trip.
