I have been using these guys for at least 20 years since leaving Cairns and I have always found the service and staff very professional and 5 star.Took my car in to have a balance and wheel alignment on Sat 17 June and it was done in 45 minutes and also found a screw in one of my tyres and fixed it.The best service and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have 4 vehicles which I get tyres and wheel balances etc for. Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari and Veloster. All have nitrogen in all tyres. Bob Jane Policy is you can turn up anytime to have your tyres topped up with Nitrogen for free after you have initially purchased. On Friday 18 Nov 22 I attended Bob Jane Southport to have my Tyres topped up with Nitrogen. However when I asked to have Nitrogen topped up in my tyres I was told sorry it is the lunch hour and you probably should have rang and made an appointment. I spoke to the guy on the counter and stated the policy to him which he agreed but just looked at me. I again state the policy he again agreed and looked at me and said we have to have lunch. I asked if he could do it he said no his back was out. This person has done this before for me with his back out so I took that he just could not be bothered. I found this person on the counter unprofessional, did not provide any sort of customer service and just didn't care. The lunch period still had 40 minutes to go. I had already driven 30 minutes to get to the work shop, so I left. For Bob Jane T- Marts Southport you have now lost a customer that you have had for many years, due to one persons unprofessionalism and lack of customer service ethic. He just did not care at all. I have spoken with other Bob Jane T-Marts in the local area and not one of them shut down their operations because of a lunch period they stager their lunch breaks.

Great service today. I contacted Bob Jane T-mart Southport yesterday to get my tire changed as had a nail in it. The staff member assisted me getting the right tire for my car and ordered it. Next day I was able to get my car in early for the tire to be repaired as the new tire was delivered asap. Their service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.
