Green Towers

As chair of the Pyrmont Court Owners Corporation Executive Committee for the past 6 years ( now retired) I cannot speak highly enough of Steve Mueller and Green Tower Building and Facilities Management. He has provided to our building an excellent on site Building Manager, Roshan. Roshan with Steve's support has provided a stable influence to the job. Acquisitions and maintenance are managed on time and with due regard to costs. He works with residents and owners to achieve a high degree of compliance to building rules and regulations. Steve and Roshan make a great team. Our apartment complex has 98 residential units and 5 commercial premises. They have always managed us honestly providing the committee with accurate and sound advice which has been greatly appreciated. Their efforts have contributed significantly to a strong financial position as well as ensuring the well being of owners and residents.

Steve is the most unpleasant person to deal with in the world.He acts as a big cry baby when things don't go the way he wants by playing games with access privileges and harasses tenants using his role as Building Manager".His go to phrase is "I'm the owner of the building management company
