Bought a mia day bed ….. arrived late , customer service was of little help…. Poorly designed and instructions were out of date, parts are “engineered wood” which is cheap and fragile(basically card board), drawers are very thin and can’t really store anything…… all in all a waste of money and time.

I have never written a review before but I am writing this one to warn others. Your items will take weeks to arrive. You will not be sent a tracking number. Delivery will mysteriously be missed" despite you being home all day. And when you finally get your items

I am truly enjoying my new mattress. It is soft without being saggy which is great. I put it on my bed then went away for a week. When I came back it was well and truly ready to sleep in and I felt like I was sinking into an old 'friend'. No smells from a new mattress, no lumps and no need for my previously well used, super luxury underlay. In fact, that got in the way!Thanks Lifely! A+

We ordered a TV unit.Would happily give 0 stars if I could. We placed our order (under my partner’s name) in early December with a promised delivery date of mid-December. That date came and went with no communications, so we followed up and were told that “Hunter Express are experiencing high volumes and it may be delayed”, however they could not contact Hunter to get an exact date. A few days later we received box 1 of 2….still not helpful as we couldn’t assemble the TV unit with only half the material.After numerous calls and emails Christmas came and went… still no box 2. Lifely blamed Hunter and said they may have lost our box but could not confirm it… so we were still in limbo.After quite a few more emails and phone calls (their customer service team is horrible by the way…we were lied to numerous times) we were told they didn’t know where our box was and we could either get a refund or wait for delivery. We decided to wait…. After another week we were then told the item was out of stock so we had to get a refund (which we now have). We asked when they would pick up box 1 (which has been sitting in our lounge room for a month now) and they said it is up to us to dispose of it.Terrible business to deal with, please stay away from them. As the business, the fact they couldn’t communicate with their courier company was a joke and they left us in the dark. The only time we got a resolution at all was when I threatened to take it further.Happily have all emails and communications saved so if they respond denying this good luck to them. I can see I’m also not the only one who had this issue. The funny thing is, they are still selling the same TV unit on their website and it says it’s available… shocking business.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business.I ordered a chest of drawers weeks ago and for some reason never got the parts and hardware to actually install it.I’ve called over seven times to ask for it and yet they only send me 1/4 of what was needed and when I call again to say I haven’t received the correct amount they deny it and say they have already sent it.Now it’s been 3 weeks and all I have is a flat pack opened up in my living room with no hardware to install it with!I’m very very disappointed!Would not recommend this company to anyone as I have had a horrible experience.

Worst delivery experience ever! They need to change delivery providers. Rude, aggressive and refused to deliver the item in a timely manner. When you’re waiting 3 weeks for an order that was meant to arrive in 1-3 days that says a lot. Especially since I had to speak to Lifely multiple times just to get any resolution.Would I buy again due to this? Definitely not. Which is a shame because the mattress is actually quite good. But terrible service. This would have received a -1 if it wasn’t for the actual mattress.

Do not purchase from here. I purchased a chested draws and 2 bedside tables.Yet to see bed side tables or get an update on them and its been 3 weeks.The chested drawers arrived within the week. Only to come with no hardware to assemble. When I requested hard ware to be sent they send me another box of parts. Still no hard ware. I then had to request they send hard ware again. Now for the the parcel of hardware to be lost.

These guys are the real deal! Bought a mattress and expectations exceeded! Was delivered within 24hrs of ordering! My Deal and the like need to take a huge leaf out of your book and learn how to deliver on your promise and learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Well done guys! Will purchase again this week!

One star is for amazing mattress. No stars for service or coco bed. Had one double ended connector missing, was told to go purchase one and send them receipt. Went to bunnings, mitre10 and sleep n style. You cannot buy that bolt. Then there reply was you can send it back if box is still fully sealed. Of course it's not I had to open it and pull stuff out to get to parts which was missing. So bought ensemble from sleep and style and coco bed is off to the tip. Turns out buying a whole bed delivered and put together from sleep in style was $50 cheaper than this bed anyway.

great customer service! the delivery was delayed but they were fantatsic at keeping in touch. Great prompt response. I was purchasing a gift that was sent interstate and the team were very helpful.
