Been a few times recently. A huge very very slow mowing line, needs more staff or improved efficiency. Service when you eventually get there is fine

The production runs efficiently but some are not honest with their counting of cans and bottles. Took in 4 cartons of 30 cans and got paid for 4 single cans.Nice little earner for them, if they skim some off every customer.

There was a big line up, but the guys do a great job of keeping it moving.

Website and signs at business says open til 5pm weekdays. Have been turned away twice by staff telling me they close at 4:45pm. Might need to update your details for those who rush from work to get there in time to cash in their small boot load of recycling.

Horrible. Had to wait 45 minutes to go through. Desperate need of upgrade.I will go again as recycling is so important. Friendly staff worked off their feet and trying to do their best in a dim old building. Getting the cash back is for the nimble footed .PLEASE UPGRADE THIS ENVIRONMENTALLY IMPORTANT FACILITY.

Great people very friendly.Only downside is I'm disabled and the access to the office area is quite inadequate for MY needs.

Wow ohh wow, there job must be , no IS the the easiest job on this planet right ?, So today I take $105 worth of stubbies and cans and get paid $67.00 ...why's that ? Because the young girl there can't count, another staff member helped off load said recycled items, and girly only paid me for what she counted, tried to explain her error and got nowhere, ripped off $38.00 bucks .....Anyone going there I would make them count what you have , as in 30 cans of coke in the 30 cans of coke box, 24 stubbies in the carton they came in etc, I had 29 cartons of empty stubbies which is just over $69.00, but got paid for 28 cartons , nutthing for all the rest .....be very aware with this mob
