Along side a my gym membership, a membership here is a must have.From a relaxing massage, to a sauna or float. The feeling of serenity whilst your here and how re-energised you feel when you walk out.

Got the sauna package. Yup! Even in hot and muggy Darwin - a 30 minute infrared sauna session can do a lot of good for mind and body detox. I liked that you can hook up to the audio via Bluetooth and so can enjoy my own personal selection of music. The LED therapy color lights inside the sauna unit is a plus point. The place is kept clean, serene and with a relaxed chilled vibe. Good value for the money.

Beautiful, clean and staff were so friendly and lovely. Did a sauna and float afterwards, felt very relaxed, great if you need to unwind and de-stress!

Fantastic facilities, brand new building. Needs more magazines in the waiting room and had issues with Bluetooth in the sauna.

My deep tissue massage was done by Andy and I come out feeling extremely relax ,the best massage l have ever had , loved the hot oils , very clean with friendly staff from the moment you walk through the door

I had a great remedial massage from Andy. I felt much better afterwards and would definitely go again. He takes a lot of care with his work and is very professional.
