I own a property in one of the complexes they manage. Recently there has been a number of works and notification of these works has been ad hoc. It gets confusing as sometimes there's a letter, sometimes a sign in the building noticeboard or sometimes nothing at all.Mostly recently there were works to the roller door for the basement carpark. I had a service booked for my car the same morning only to be told the basement carpark was closed from 9 - 4. When I called the building manager I was advised notice was sent out. When I enquired further, the notice was sent to the wrong email address....coincidentally, their system used to send bills had my correct email address however the one to send notifications had a typo. As a result, I had to reschedule my appointment and clear another day for my car service, which I couldn't book until 3 weeks later. I can't imagine its that hard to send notifications out through multiple means so the objective of sending a notice (ie recipients are made aware) can be achieved? And wouldn't it be great if we could pass on the costs of people's stuff ups as disincentive to be careless and do the bare minimum instead of me having to now spend time rescheduling and reorganising another day.Oh and there was another incident where we did not have running water during the work day that was not advised to residents either. My friend who lives in the apartment up the road has notification of road works that may impact water however we received nothing. When I called up the Strata, they said they weren't advised by Actew and told me to call them myself....... very disappointing few experiences and I would not recommend using Vantage Strata.

Very much hit and miss with what you get with StrataMany issues raised to them for a new build and only about 1/5 actually addressed.To the point where several tenants are raising the same issue (I.e emergency power doesn't work for our swipe keys") gets completely ignored and shunted offTry asking them to fix half the remotes for the building that don't work properly = "Oh just buy another one for $70 we can't reprogram them

Thanks to Jamie Louis, the on site manager of Watermark.Yesterday, I mentioned to him that there were some overgrowth plants near garbage collection area that was becoming a hazard to the passing cars. And today when I come back from work, he has already trimmed them all back. He mentioned that in his email that since the contractor could not come for a while, he did all the trimming himself. Such is his dedication to the welfare of the residents. Thank you very much indeed.

Ewan has been the best strata manager that I have dealt with. He is very approachable and patient. He always answers our questions in great detail. He understands that the clients have lots of priorities in their lives and always goes out of his way to ensure things are done properly and appropriately.

A serious water leakage from the ceiling for hours in Belconnen apartment on 5th Dec. We called the strata emergency at 4pm, but the man was extremely rude and lost his temper from the beginning of conversation for no reason, he just hung up while my husband was still speaking on the phone. So we had to make a second call. I was wondering what made him so upset and bother to respond. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn't make any apology about his worst attitude.

I am a resident lives in the Sanctuary, I loves our complex, in fact I take daily walks around the complex at least twice a day. So I get to meet Jaime always, he is always super friendly, super helpful with about anything. Whenever there is any issues, Jaime would resolve it before anyone even notices it. The best part is, how beautiful and kind the people are. I always think people are the core of business, great people, great service, highly recommend. Very great service. Thank you Jaime again for your amazing work for us all residents!

I’m writing this in appreciation for strata manager Ewan Chapman. From the day one we communicated with Ewan in Jan 2022, he showed a perfect example of a strata manager. He has the most positive and willing to help attitude. Ewan not only shows care for the property owners, tenants and buildings, he also respects all of us the same.Recent months, our apartment had a few issues which involved the strata manager (Ewan). He helped us to resolve the issue in a timely manner. He put the owner/tenant's needs in his highest priority list. He has worked so hard to liaise/coordinate with the trades, committee members, myself and the tenant for the best solution of everyone.We appreciate all that you've done for us - Fantastic Job!

Ewan is a wonderful strata manager. He promptly replies to emails and quickly addresses issues as they arise. In addition he has the ability to keep tenants and owners well informed and updated. A refreshing change from the managers I deal with in Melbourne.His positive and helpful attitude is reflected in his ability to communicate with tenants, owners and trade companies undertaking work around the complex. Not an easy task in this current climate.I have been impressed with his professionalism and support to the Executive Committee throughout the last twelve months as we have navigated a number of complex issues.I highly recommend Ewan as a Strata ManagerPam Hilditch
