Good store with lots of friendly staff. The self-service area can be a bit grubby sometimes but I've noticed it is always freshly wiped down and swept when Susan is working.

After a poor experience initially with a rude staff member, I was very impressed with how well the store manager handled the situation after I reported what had happened. The staff here are usually all very friendly and helpful.

Was served by a guy named Austin (I am pretty sure that was his name) he was meant to finish at 6 and was waiting for someone to come take over while serving me. No-one came to take over so he kept serving me and then served the lady behind me too. Thanks for staying back to help!

Just a terrible experience bad atmosphere lady on front end said she didnt have the time to serve while people where waiting and she was filling the drink fridges that where already full. The girl in deli looked like she was in pain and didn't want to be there. The sense or urgency out window. No hot chickens. No notice nothing.

My Coles is not up market and lacks a few details of the newer updated stores. It still has a good feel and never seems overcrowded.Thus , many of it's products are well reduced, compared to other similar supermarkets. The present day prices of goods is relevant to the economics in the world today!.
