Cannot believe opening hours have been reduced. Really needs to be open until 9pm to service the 38,000 people of Palmerston. Have been told it’s a staffing issue yet we saw 5 staff file out of there right on 8pm.

Closed two hours early for 3 weeks without updating times online. Some bullish!t excuse on the door

Pharmacy staff were rude and uncaring.General stuff in shop we’re nice, but when I asked for help they told me they didn’t know where the item was that I was searching for. They didn’t help me to find it, instead the guy disappeared and swapped him self out for a lady who said she also couldn’t help me and maybe if I can’t find it, they don’t have. She suggested I check online.I eventually found it myself. ( well done to me..yay!)The pharmacist was rude, treating everyone there waiting for meds rude also. Made all the customers feel uncomfortable when he started telling staff off too.

Location is convenient and the shop is well stocked with all the range you'd expect from a Chemist Warehouse. The general shop staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff, on the other hand.... last time I had my script refilled, I guess some of the proper paperwork was missing (which I didn't realise; I just gave them what I was given) and the pharmacist on duty was *super* rude about it. Acted like it was my fault - actually, it was them who screwed up in the first place by not printing off the correct authorisation with my first refill! Unfortunately it's not the first time I've copped an attitude from the pharmacist and/or their staff. If it wasn't within walking distance I'd probably go elsewhere.

The last 3 times we shopped here, we were overcharged,the last time by $150, luckily I checked the sales slip before I left the store. Seriously Guys you need a double screen at your register, so the customers can see. Because one of your staff in particular, seems incapable of entering in basic information!

Zero stars, opened 15 minutes late no apology. lead pharmacist told me no repeats on my medication in the NT. she is in correct i tried to explain and she was rude. medication never there on time. for the $10 saving on my $140 medication not worth the incomitance!

Will not answer the phone. After confronting the pharmacist in store, I have been told it's too busy so cannot answer the phone.. so what sense then is there to have a home delivery service.

Been coming here since they opened and never been told I can only buy 1 asmol puffer at a time until today. Normally I buy 2 as it is more convenient for me. Useless and not happy

I get all my vitamin needs from here.
