Doesn't take pest control seriously and wants cheap and nasty prices & only 2 attendances a year.

I often come to this café. I'm surprised about the complaints because my experience has always been fantastic. This place is worth coming to: nice pastry, great pies (my favourites) and the place to rest with a cup of coffee.

The filled donut and the almond custard croissant is my favorite. Beautiful service and the staffs always nice and welcome. Coffee also awesome ~~ don't know why there's so many terrible reviews before...really like this place!

During this week I visited Bonbons with my son to buy some lunch. After purchasing my food, the sales assistant recommended I take advantage of their special offer for coffee. I purchased a 'short black' with one sugar. I took a sip of my coffee and could not believe the horrible taste. The coffee was vile, disgusting and I was not able to drink anymore. I did not believe coffee could be so bad until that day. When I tried to get a refund, that is another story. My advice, never buy a coffee at Bonbons Airport West. The audacity to encourage customers to take advantage of a special offer then serve the crap. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Love their tasty and fresh food! They made pretty good coffee! Staffs are very nice. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in customer service as I visited with my wife was in need for a coffee fix ordered a latte which when I tried it was on the cold side I brang it up to the counter and mentioned my coffee was not even warm the barista did not even respond just took my cup that was it no sorry or any response That’s fine now I know why it was empty never see me again

I’ve purchased two cakes from here which have been amazing.The Stuart cake and my sweet darling cake.Both so light and fresh with delicious fillings. Their pastries are yummy too. The ladies were friendly and helpful.

Not sure why this space got a bad review. I had a latte coffee here it was made pretty good so don't know why everybody is complaining about it. They make nice cakes for birthdays as well. Definitely make the best coffee at Westfield Airport West.

Worst customer service ever. Would never go back even if their bakery goods are edible, still deserves a one star.
