We recently had a solar system installed by Arkana Energy Group. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Our electricity bills have now reduced by around 70%, and best of all we are reducing our carbon footprint and reliance on the grid. The majority of our dealings (face to face conversations, emails, phone calls, texts, etc.) were with our salesman, Gene Mulder. Through the entire process we have found Gene to be a man of his word, always following through with everything that was promised and going above and beyond. Nothing was ever a oroblem. Everything was very well explained and talked through as necessary. There was never any pushy tactics or pressure to make any decisions. Gene is a genuine true gentlema who has a wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge. We can not recommend Gene and Arkana Energy Group enough. 5 stars!
