Keep every discussion in documented format.It is important to note that as professionals in the real estate industry, it is your responsibility to ensure clear and accurate communication with your clients. In this case, the lack of proper guidance and clarification from your end contributed to the confusion.Monday - Offer accepted by vendor, congratulations.Tuesday - Offer rejected. Vendor need more money.Agreed to cancel the sale of property and within few mins vendor changes mind and accepts offer. If the vendor accepts same offer again on Wednesday, how can he PROFESSIONALLY and ETHICALLY sign a contract on back dated to Monday. Why didn't REA engaged here in the fair play?All the clauses which were discussed during the property inspection missing from the contract of sale. Tried following up with Garima almost every alternate day to seek response on the open issues but there was no positive response.Regarding the decision to rescind the contract, it was made after careful consideration of the circumstances and discussions with our solicitor. We understand that we may have lost the deposit due to this decision, but it was taken based on the information available to us at the time. We believe it was the most appropriate course of action given the circumstances.We do regret any negative impact this situation may have had on our ability to acquire the property. However, it is essential to prioritize transparency, professionalism, and mutually beneficial solutions in all real estate transactions.Will never recommend them.
