BEWARE! The owner, Geoffery Barnier, had no hesitation about cancelling my booking and keeping my full payment, despite his own terms and conditions. He still refuses to return my money. He clearly just takes bookings, then keeps the money of those that trustingly make full payment, then will cancel your accommodation leaving you high and dry. Do not risk your money by booking this place! WARNING!

Wonderful rural location. The house is a nice Queenslander style home. Kitchen is small and appliances are older. Access to a washing machine would be great.

Have stayed here a few times with my friends and loved it. Geoff is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Hope he's doing well. :)

This hidden gem is tucked away on the winding road between Nimbin and Lismore with beautiful views and the tranquility we all seek to relax. The rooms are comfortable and clean with open plan living and access to swimming pool and spacious balconies which are perfect for breakfast sunrise or a cocktail or two over sunset. Your host Geoffrey is a warm and colourful character with knowledge of both local and International affairs. I've always enjoyed my stays here. Thoroughly recommended.

We both absolutely loved the relaxing atmosphere.This house is charming .The owner was very accommodating and has a wealth of knowledge in the local area.Lovely quite spot not far from town .We will be back .
