If you are the owner, it is definitely recommend for you as they always doing the best for the owner.If you are the tenants, then good luck wishing you meet someone is very professional and doing right things. We met 2 property managers (Dhara and Linnea) over the past 5 years and they were saying differently regarding the same thing taking advantage of tenants especially regarding to taking over the property.The following picture is damage according to the manager costing $780 to fix it, and we are so disappointed as we have been living there for nearly 5 years and I wish I could return them a new kitchen bench top when I left the property.
