Joel is an absolute lifesaver! A perfectionist who went above and beyond literally, not attending the task at hand which was identifying a leak in shower and adjourning wall, expertly diagnosing the fault detailed how he can remedy it and the quality and workmanship after the job is a pair of tired 7 year old bathrooms with leaks that have turned out brand spanking new after he was done!Whilst addressing the task at hand he didn’t sit idle and started to address the scuff marks on the walls, the little dents and holes and cosmetic issues by cleaning and painting.Because this is an investment property and I am in Sydney I relied on Joel as I was not able to inspect. Joel kept me up to date with pictures, videos and progress updates regularly. I felt like he had the best interest at heart and in the end as I am looking to sell the property added a ton a value to buyers.I am over the moon with Joel’s professionalism, perfectionism, workmanship and honesty and wholeheartedly recommend this bloke to anyone looking for a superstar who knows what he is doing and someone who really doesn’t settle for 2nd best and treats the job like it’s his own.A rare commodity to find these days, I know this guy is going to be super busy! Pretty simple. Just don’t.

Dr Grout regrouted my ensuite shower & main bathroom shower over bath about a year ago. Both came up looking like new and still look amazing. They were on time and work was finished in less than 2 days. Thanks!

Grout replacementWork was initially ok but response times and communication was terrible’. Always late, Sometimes days late, doesn’t answer phone or respond to text, Spends most time on phone when he eventually arrives and has the most unbelievable list of apologies and excuses.We have now been waiting over 3 weeks for him to replace a tile he removed on his last visit and promised to return the next dayGive this a big miss
