Hard to describe, however the photographer was lovely and the photo's good when showed to us as proofs. However there has just been a complete lack of professionalism from others. Some of our photos when printed were so dark you could not even see them properly and it has taken months to be sorted out. We had our photos taken in January and as at today 16/5/2013 we are still waiting on some. To their credit they have tried to make amends but it has gone from being mildly annoying to the ridiculous. There is no way I could recommend this establishment.
