Effective Minds

I am a Hypnotherapist and like Lisa have been running a very successful practice for many years. Although we do specialise in some similar areas, my area of expertise is not with Children under 13yrs old. I have seen Lisa 3 times for sessions as well as my teen son.Meeting Lisa is like walking into a warm hug, I felt immediately safe, respected and cared for.My first session with Lisa involved lengthy discussions, back and forth flowing conversations that challenge your own self and also reaffirm your beliefs.I have personally struggled with an extreme situation for the last 3 years and I was struggling to find any joy and confidence.Lisa heard me and asked me what I needed from her.So with that settled, we began my first hypnosis session.It literally felt like I’d stepped onto a cloud and was floating safely, guided by Lisa’s voice. Our daughter was having some issues around self confidence and anxiety related to Maths Examinations. The change in her mood and confidence after a few trips to see Lisa was wonderful to see. She would leave her sessions with new found self belief and positivity. This alone would have been a great result for us, but Hannah proceeded to sit and pass her exam with a different mind set.
