A rude lady that we call a Karen these days works at the front counter, I had experienced horrible attitude who yelled me for not choosing what I wanted to buy for food quick enough. I think name was Tracie. Very disgusting behaviour for someone their age.

Went in the hope of picking up one of the RAT tests they previously had available.The female behind the counter barely acknowledged me, asked what I wanted and said NO when I asked about the tests all without even making eye contact!!The country is experiencing a medical crisis right now and the only thing keeping people going is the kindness of others.Don't spend your cash here people

Terrible experience today trying to do a gas bottle Swap & Go. Incredibly rude and abrupt store assistant tried to sell me what appeared to be a restickered but empty 3.7kg bottle. When I came back inside and explained the problem and asked for a refund I was handed the charge back in cash and not a credit to my card. I then asked for the shop phone number to call the Manager to discuss, and she refused to provide it. Delightful to the end!Sounds like it was the same lovely person who James Hill encountered earlier today in his review above.Would be happy for the owners to provide me a phone number to call back and discuss the issue and my complaint.I’ll stick to going to the Puma around the corner.

The mechanic here is very knowledgable and trust worthy. As a woman he was honest and didn't try to overcharge me. They carry out full log book servicing on new cars also.

Served by an obnoxious warthog on a powertrip today, glad it was at least wearing a mask. Took it upon itself to demand i sign in before processing my fuel transaction.I usually buy all my fuel from here, if i see her again i wont.Is this your store policy?Where do you find these people?

Friendly staff, good facilities and usually one of the cheapest servos in the area.
