I bought 3 items in highpoint for last week. 1 for banket , 1 for double bed sheet set for my daughter and I bought one more for my bed ( queen size) . I asked a staff for queen size because no more this size there. She told me to wait( for 15 minutes) to check in store room .After that, she carried this out and scan all items and put in the bags . I washed all thems and I cannot put the sheet set ( queen size ) in my bed . And you khow that? she gave me a double size sheet . Do you think was she cheating on me?

So disappointed. Went to bed bath and table high point and fell in love with a Christmas tree they had. I asked the lady if they had any more in stock. She had one left so she got it out for me and put it aside and said to go get a trolley to wheel it out with so we hunted down a trolley, came back to the store picked decorations for the tree and went up to the counter and the lady said sorry I sold it! SO SO disappointing and unprofessional. I would have just purchased it there and then and just carried it out if she hadn’t have told me to go get a trolley. Will never go there again!

I am a regular Bed Bath N’ Table customer. This store is lacking customer service. I walked out purely due to the rude staff member and will not return to this particular store. I went in to purchase a mirror, photo frames and baskets on this occasion and was treated poorly. Unsure if she was “in charge” but if things don’t change, you’ll lose more loyal customers.Also, I noticed this store is not set up as the usual BBT stores, so the overall impression was poor.

The shop wasn't terribly busy but having a worker approach me and ask how they could help made for such a good experience. To the person who helped me pick out some good Bath Mats thankyou! Very helpful and not too pressuring :)

Absolutely disgusting customer service the lady who works there on weekends is the rudest sales assistant I have ever come across. Both times I have visited the store with a specific need and product she is short abrasive rude and abrupt. She obviously doesn't want to be there, won't smile shrugs her shoulders and is totally disinterested. I am appalled at her attitude. Maybe she's just like this with disabled customers, regardless, both times I have needed something and she has been absolutely aweful
