Avoid Stoddart! Had solar panels and Tesla battery on a new build. Had to wait months after installation for them to commission the battery, it was just sitting there useless for months! Then no application was submitted to allow feed in to the grid. It takes multiple phone call to get anything done. If you expect your products to work smoothly first time, then look elsewhere.

Originally we had a disappointing experience with the installation of our garage door, however the after sales service from Stoddart was exceptional.A technician came out both times on the same day and sorted out the issue immediately. Great experience and for me this kind of support is what differentiates a business.

Very disgraceful experience with Stoddart, they keep moving the installation of our frame. It would be more than 15 weeks. When I called them to ask for some answers they can't give you information. Frames are on the block with the slab done for more than 10 weeks. Be aware what are you getting and who is the provider of you frame, roof, gutter and everything before you engage a builder.

We live in a palm lakes resort beachmere we have a solar system supplied and installed by stoddarts the battery failed sis months ago we it was picked up about a month later still dont know when it will be back dont deal with these people

My complaint is in regards to warehouse management, or lack there of.Not a recommend safe place to work. Especially for one mental health.

Thank you to Jake, Stoddart's man in Coffs Harbour, for his quick response to our warranty issue. He came the same day meaning our house was not left unsecured due to a non functioning garage door. Excellent service.

Worst Garage door ever!! We get the door serviced every year but it keeps breaking down. We can never get more than 6mths out of this product! Do not use this door. It will give you nothing but trouble….

We have a Stoddart Roller door installed as part of our New Home build. After 3 years the Garage door panels cracked.Stoddart sent a 3rd party contractor to review the failure. 2.5 weeks later, after multiple calls to Stoddart as the roller does not function, we have still not heard from them.The responsiveness of the service team is terrible. And the deign of the garage doors is also terrible with cracks that are not under warranty after only 3 years use. I would not recommend Stoddart for any Garage doors. My experience has been the worst experience with any service provider. EVER.

Can't fault anything about this company. Easy to deal with, receptionist is very polite and easy going. They deliver on time and if anything has gone wrong they fix it.. very reputable
