All professional tradies are courteous and of good tradesmen specialists in their workmanship and cannot fault in their work. A job well done from start to finish of the completed scope of works.

Disgusted with how claim central are treating my family. Flooded in February 2022 and its now Jan 2023 and still claim central are holding us up. They have sat our flooded kitchen cabinets outside in our driveway for 9 months in the weather and they have the nerve to say they will be putting that back in our house. Almost every time we sit on hold to claim central we are hung up on or line drops out. They have no idea how to deal with people who have lost everything . When we mentioned we want to settle for accommodation so that we can put a caravan on our block rather than move from airbnb to airbnb with a toddler and a dog they suggest i put my dog in a pound. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

CLAIMS CENTRALDid a job for you guys out of good faith, as they couldn't get anyone else. only a small job. Has been 50 days and haven't recieved payment.Would not recommend working for this company coming from a small business. Tried contacting them on multiple occasions and just given emails address that don't work.

Claims central itself was very good to deal with and professional however a sub contractor sent out for a ‘make safe ‘ has resulted in a horrible experience relating to our roof and extremely dodgy workmanship that was not compliant with Aust standards and had to be removed and replaced at our own cost .I would not recommend claims central continue to use Down to Earth Electrical - owner Jack Duff . He is not a qualified roofing specialist .Please feel free to contact me for a more detailed version , photographs, emails of admittance of fault, of our stressful experience , the case we have taken to small claims and damage cause to our home resulting in further insurance claims .

Earlier this year the bedroom ceiling collapsed. From the moment of contact to completion of work, Claim Central were amazing. Organised builder, kept in contact on progress and if had any issue it was resolved as quickly as possible. This was amazing in these trying times. So Thank very much for everything.

During the heavy rain earlier this year in Queensland, we discovered a leak in our roof. We rang our Insurance Broker who contacted Claim Central for us. Within 8 hours (overnight) they sent someone to make the roof ‘safe’ to prevent further damage. The assessor quickly followed and within a short period of time the roof and damage to the ceiling were repaired, followed by the whole ceiling in that area lounge, hallway etc and adjacent wall being repainted. We were most pleased and satisfied both by the expediency and quality of the work and would recommend Claim Central to anyone in a similar situation.

The care and regular contact from Melissa and from the repairer, Rob, has been excellent. Melissa contacted me often with updates and Rob about colours etc. The claim took a long time to complete but I do understand that this was due to the overload from the flood claims. I haven't seen the fished work as my R. E . Agent is the person the ground. However the care from Melissa and Rob was most satisfactory

Our insurer Comminsure engaged Claim Central to manage our water damage claim made in Feb 2022 - we have experienced extremely poor management, poor quality of work and poor communication from Claim Central and their contractor Circl Group and their sub contractors. Sections of the repaired area had to be ripped up due to such poor quality and are still yet to be properly repaired in Feb 2023. Shocked and disappointed beyond belief with the whole experience with Claim Central.
