I have bought Dahua Pro NVR with 4 8mp TIOC camera Kit, All items arrived but there was delay on courier end but Mr Ben from Civic Electronics chased up delivery and updated me on each occasion.Unfortunately one of the camera was faulty but Mr Ben once again directed me to local Melbourne dealer where I got replacement camera (Advanced Version with no cost to me).Very helpful people at Civic electronics, I would love to buy again with Civic electronics as their after care customer service is great. Highly recommend anyone who is after security or CCTV packages. Thanks Ben for all your help.

I purchased the HiLook NVR & cameras and Hikvision Intercom. The team there was super helpful when it came to troubleshooting! It took an installer over 3 hours before he gave up! Called Civic Electronics and it was sorted within less then 30 minutes! Thank you guys and i will definately recommend you to my friends and family! Anyone looking at buying cameras or intercom... give them a call!

Outstanding knowledge of their range! David was able to answer every question that we asked him. Our installation was booked extremely quickly and the installers were fantastic, completing a clean and neat job, and having a fantastic knowledge of their products were able to explain how to use all of the CCTV and alarm features. Their price was very competitive.

I am not one to generally write reviews as i believe that good service is simply expected, however Ben went well over good service. He assisted me (quite patiently) to get my NVR working perfectly. I wanted to buy a video intercom to replace the defective one in my house in Melbourne. When I researched in the internet, the product I wanted was HIK VISION video intercom two wire bundle. There were many sellers but the cheapest was CIVIC Electronic in Sydney. It was $385 and the next seller's price was $430. So I ordered one online. As advised, it arrived within few days, earlier than expected, well packed. On unpacking all the parts were there. However, when I was installing it, I accidentally cut the two wires of one tiny connector. Without that connector, though very small, with almost no monitory value, the system cannot be wired. These connectors are unique to the manufacturer and I can't buy from anywhere. It comes with the system. I rang Civic Electronic and talked to Ben. He recommended a place in Melbourne but they say it is not possible to get parts like this. Also he asked me to contact him if I couldn't get it from there. I again contacted Ben, and he said he would inquire from the warehouse and try to find one. Two days later they contacted me and said they would send it completely free of charge. If they did not care much about the customer, my unit would be useless and I have to buy another new unit. It is not just the price, but the customer service that is par excellent. They went out of the way to help me and I really appreciate it. Thank you very much CIVIC Electronic, especially to Ben.

I recently purchased a Hikvision camera system and doorbell/room station kit. I am an interstate customer with only a basic knowledge of these systems. The hardware is great and the image quality fabulous. I could not be happier. Ben helped me remotely setup the Door station such that it works perfectly. 10/10 for customer service! I would thoroughly recommend these guys. It is a minefield out there when you don't know who to choose; I was lucky to land on these guys and have a great experience.

Ordered an access control pinpad online, received next day, excellent service. Have used same pinpads before from another supplier but found the programming instructions poorly translated and full of errors. Manual supplied with Civic's pinpad is perfectly correct and well written... very much appreciated!
