We were visiting Blue Wren cabin on the 1st Jan. Peter & Sandy had provided all the information about the restaurant so we had a great experience in Tintaldra Hotel bar.The cabin was really clean and tidy, the view was amazing, we had a wonderful time there.I did play some fetch with Ash and she was really good at it.

Blue Wren Cabin
Sandy, Pete and Ash (the dog) were friendly and welcoming. We decided to try a different route home from the Victorian Alps and stopped in Towong. I'm glad we did - it's an absolute knockout! Highlights: hot tub under the stars looking in to the valley, sunrise (photo) then a hike up Mt Elliot for breath-taking views. We'll be back.

This is the perfect stay for those that want to wake up to the sound of nothing except birds and mist rolling off the Murray River. A superb couple of days away. Ash the kelpie has a lovely nature and will welcome you, looking for that little bit of affection. Hosts have everything sorted and able to give some great local tips. Used this as our base to investigate the area and get some walking and photography in. Would highly recommend.

Pete and Sandy were super accommodating during my stay. Their local is knowledge is excellent and Pete even suggested some awesome cycling loops. The view is spot-on, especially in winter.
