Today I rocked up for a couple earlobe piercings. I had originally planned to go across the street since that place was highly rated with quite a few reviews. I walked in but their piercer wasn’t in today. So I came over to Punktured and immediatly felt a more sanitary and welcoming environment. I go off of reviews a lot for these things so I thought I’d leave one :) staff all very friendly and happy as with my new piercings! thanks guys!!

Lady was extremely passive aggressive when we walked in for piercings. She turned us away even though we had an appointment and acted rudely. Poor customer service.

Got tattooed by Luca, i really appreciate the time and effort he put into my tattoo, he new it ment a lot to me and he designed something that I'm very proud to have on my body. The lines are amazingly perfect.Very professional and clean. I already want him to design my next tattoo, because i know he puts his heart into it.

Dreadful!! I didn’t do research and was ripped off! Room consisted of high narrow plinth I was required to lie on. Dangerous. Staff was difficult and not professional. Despite. Purchasing and using after care product one ear became infected. One earring broke off ball in front. Then purchased surgical steel ones from chemist for fraction of price. Now still have trouble with one ear as the line makes it difficult to find external hole at back of ear. Try chemist at the Pines, Elanora. Friendly staff at shop downstairs actually mislead one about poor quality of service upstairs .

I was tattooed a few years ago on holliday at the store on the goldcoast in city. After getting work done by other artists back home in W.A and understanding tattooing more since i realised my tatt could of been done better. Lack of symmetry, heavy outlines, excessive ink comming out the next day, lettering that bleed out after 6mths and had to get it fixed up back home. 2.5 out of 5. Wouldn't say there terrible but have now experienced alot better artists for my money .

Hi, I recently got my lobes pierced here but one side is significantly angled (the hole at the front of the lobe is lower than the hole towards the back of the lobe) I would say the left one is around 90 degrees perfectly and the right one is 45 degrees forward. It is a significant tilt. I am worried that if I have hoops later on it one side will sit at a different angle. What should I do?

Have been here a couple of times for Piercings. Mine and daughters. No problem with either. Lovely staff girls, very knowledgeable about their craft and not too bad at the piercings either. Had eyebrow pierced, and it’s basically healed after a very short time. That’s because of the piercer and the way you do the aftercare. Went back to pick up smaller barbell and still had great service from different staff.

Luca tattooed me on a walk in, was super accommodating and helped me design just what I wanted. Clean, professional and rad dude. Would def go back next time I’m in Queensland. Highly recommend.

Great place to get pierced. The staff are so kind and friendly and make you feel like you have known them forever and nearly like they are like your own family. Ive gotten 7 piercings from here and recommend them to everyone i know now
