Quick response to my email clarifying the order process. Communication was clear and precise, thanks Laura :) and all of my favourite products arrived without delay. Will definitely use again.

Took $200 for my order and it has never shown up and they are saying it has been delivered and they have proof. Australia Post investigated it and they can not locate it! Have been emailing them for two months now and just keep getting told they will sort it out. Happy to take my money but not to sort out where my goods are. Avoid this company like the plague - terrible service. Do not order from this site. I wish I didn't have to click a star as they don't deserve any

After reading all the reviews I was so worried that I wasn’t going to receive my order! I even put in a refund request with PayPal soon after I had purchased, and was stressing out. I am glad to say that my parcel came today (express post), with all the items purchased, including the 2 gifts with purchases! Thank you!

This company is so misleading. Takes your money and then refuses a refund when they don't have the item to deliver. I was just told to wait until the item arrives (when ever that is) and then send it back for a refund. However, in the process holding onto my money for God know how long. Will definitely not ever be using again. I will stay with Adore Beauty....excellent and quick customer service.

What a dreadful company to deal with. This is the 2nd time they have delivered the wrong product to me. Last time they did this they did not refund the postage to me despite providing them with a docket for the postage & several requests to pay the refund. Now i cannot access my account to report the issue because the link to log into my account cannot be found - error 404.Customer service = non existent.

I do wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. Taking my sale was easy for them, the items were sent out in great time, but I had received the incorrect item, no worries I emailed to let them know and they pretty much made me out to be a liar, had to fill out a form to say I got the incorrect item and to check at my neighbour’s house etc to see if it was “accidentally put there”, it felt like they just couldn’t believe the wrong item was sent, anyway, fine filled the form out and sent off. They said they would get me a replacement and sent it out express, so I was happy about that, opened the item and it was the EXACT same, incorrect items they had already sent me!! I was pretty annoyed at this point but I do get that we’re only human, so I emailed photos etc to let them know I want them to organise the return and send me the right item. They replied to say they no longer have the item in stock. It had been month since I had ordered by this time. So getting a refund and bought the exact same thing elsewhere with no drama’s and cheaper as well!!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If you want to save yourself time and stress AVOID buying anything from this company at all costs. I had to email them twice because after 10 days they still had not dispatched my order, they had an excuse every time and even after apologising they still did not dispatch my product. I have eventually had to cancel my order. Wasted so much time and I now have to look elsewhere. Absolutely livid.

I ordered straighteners and product from this company, then I read the reviews. I was freaking out worried I had been scammed because of all the bad reviews. I am happy to say everything arrived very fast. I will be buying from this company again, thank you :)

Absolutely disgraceful service. After years of being a loyal customer my make-up delivery did not arrive. I have been chasing these replacement products for 2 months now and get vague responses of , we are investigating ". Do not use this company"

Dreadful! Took $260 and website said stock was available, paid for express delivery. After no sign of dispatch and sending many messages (all with no response) I finally got through on my 5th attempt on the phone to be told. There was no stock and they couldn’t even give me a rough idea when there would be. I asked for a refund. They agreed on the phone and a couple of hours later received a standard message saying my cancellation can not be processed. Status is still awaiting stock. They clearly plan on holding my money for ever and a day. I had also used this company in the past with no problems but as others reviewers have said this company is to be avoided. Shame I didn’t check before I made this order. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
