Ocean King Chinese Restaurant
This is an authentic Hong Kong style local restaurant. It has been around for a long time. Good for their roast pork. With the lockdown they offer special takeaways for $10 per dish. Please refer to the photos attached. Good deals. If you are not up to cooking dinner you can order a couple of dishes and just cook some rice. Enjoy.

I used to come here pre pandemic quite a lot. I loved their food. I can't agree with other people saying the service is horrible. I think every time we've been the service has been at least satisfactory. Having said that our most recent visit on Sunday was disappointing. Very. The duck was still good, and the noodles, but everything else was off. Passable but far from 'good'

Ocean king is awesome!!! We had a half duck which was delicious and a a live mud crab cooked Singaporean style. It was amazing. I've had a few great grab dishes but this one was easily the best in recent memory. The staff were lovely and helpful. Overall a fantastic place to visit in Glen Waverley

Authentic Cantonese cuisine.They offer a weekly takeaway menu in which the dishes cost only $10 to $15! The portion is slightly smaller than their standard serving, but even then, it is a good price! I would recommend getting 2-3 dishes for 2 adults.

This place has had more highs than lows over the years. I definitely wouldn’t have given this place 5 stars 6 months ago that’s for sure (it would have been more like 2 stars to be completely honest). But now that the Crown Palace crew have merged and shaken things up, things are definitely much better.We’re regulars for their exceptional yum cha which is underrated and so much better than their counterparts a couple of shops down. And their lobster noodles and BBQ meats are a must.

This restaurant has been opening for a long time. It’s my first time visiting as my friend recommended it. I love food that quite yummy. We had only 2 people so we ordered 3 dishes. Roast duck was super tasty with crispy duck skin. I definitely will come back to try other dishes.

Stumbled across this restaurant. The most delicious food! We had banquet A and absolutely everything was scrumptious. They allow $5 BYO, our waiter was the absolute sweetest, can’t wait to come back.

We ordered a small serve of the Chinese bok choy during the yam cha season today around 130pm and were told it costs $16.8 dollar at the cashier. It’s ordered via yam cha menu but we weren’t given the exact price prior to confirming the order. The cashier is rude and condescending when we confronted the cost being unreasonable. Overall it is very disappointing to see how this restaurant recently conducts itself and won’t recommend to anyone.

Not bad, we’ve been getting takeaway from here for many years now and quite enjoy this place :) in particular I love the fish with sweet corn mixture, so delicious!!
