DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYPlease read the 1 star reviews....I recently had the misfortune of using Ownit Conveyancing for my property transaction, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.First and foremost, the customer service provided by Ownit Conveyancing was appalling. Throughout the entire process, I found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with their staff.My attempts to communicate via email were met with silence. I sent numerous emails to request updates and seek clarification on certain matters, but I received no response whatsoever. This level of disregard for customers is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism on the part of Ownit Conveyancing.To make matters worse, after everything was completed after weeks of stress, I requested a detailed invoice with information on the searches conducted and the advanced deposits we had paid, I received no response to three emails! As a client, I believe I have the right to know exactly where my money is going and what services are being performed on my behalf. However, Ownit Conveyancing showed a complete lack of transparency by denying and ignoring a my simple request. This refusal only served to deepen my mistrust and dissatisfaction with their services.

Madison and her team from Ownit did a great job settling on a property in north Brisbane for us. All questions were answered quickly and clearly. I feel like we barely had to lift a finger and it was affordable. Thanks again. Will use for the next purchase or sale. Cheers

They don't even deserve 1 star, it's a pity that Google doesn't do negative. We used this organisation for the selling of our home. Should have been straight forward. The buyer of our property also used this company and the staff could not communicate between each other. Our real estate agent (who recommended this organisation) was ringing the buyer to let them know copies of contracts were not being supplied and stressing him out and he threatened to crash the contract. It was an absolute nightmare for us and the buyer. We asked for clarification on settlement date, was provided with a date, then another email with a change, then another email.....seriously. Then after we sought clarification and were guaranteed that the last date quoted was correct......an email was received bringing settlement forward by 9 days. This caused no end of stress to us and we are thousands of dollars out of pocket with displacement costs.Then there were the multiple emails from Ownit asking the same question. Does no one there know what is going on? We were asked to give permission for early access for dates after settlement. They couldn't even get these dates correct.To the owner Allan your standard response of we are very sorry you've had this experience with Ownit and we take complaints of this matter very seriously. I used Ownit Conveyancing for my sale and purchase recently. Every single person I dealt with in the office was faultless. I am not tech savvy at all, they were all very patient and walked me through step by step through everything I had to do. It was an excellent experience.
