Simply the worst service possible, bought a seat that has obvious fault after 3 weeks. A further 4 weeks later , after them putting in claim( no replacement offered) I have not heard a thing from them.

I have been going to Bike Mattes for my bike needs and servicing for the last 6 months and found them to be awesome. The quality of the mechanical work is excellent and the team is easy going to deal with. Importantly, their costs are very reasonable.More recently, they went above and beyond to assist me with my bike and some logistics around holding onto the bike. A big shout out to Scott, Pete and Emma.Highly recommend for their personal service and attention.

Had a reoccurring issue with one of our bikes while on holidays. Greeted by a very friendly staff member who repaired immediately and the price was incredibly cheap! Highly recommend

Riding Melbourne to Lorne today when disaster struck outside of Barwon. A bad shift put my front hanger out of alignment so I could only use the small chainring.I hoped to make it to Bike Matters as I’ve had several bike serviced there. After a speedy pit stop, they fixed the hanger and I was back on the big ring and made it all the way. Thanks Jay, massively appreciated!!
