Woolworths Mooroopna

Where have the scales gone in fruit and veg? I could not weigh my mushrooms, it did not make me a fun guy. Please bring back the weighing scales for loyal customers.Update: apparently new fancy scales are on the way.

Live in Mooroopna, do regular shopping every week plus dropping by to get a few things through out the week, I’ve noticed an old lady with dark hair tied up usually at evening time has very bad attitude, she always replies with “I don’t know” doesn’t matter what you ask. She looks like she’s been constipated for many years, and takes it out on all customers who happen to do their grocery shopping here. She’s brought down this store’s reputation, if the manger happens to read this, I want to say, you really don’t have to hire someone who clearly hates her job.

Only operate with 2 counters open with one being an express even though there's ques of people up the aisles, staff are rude and inconsiderate.Get it together.

Was such a good supermarket until coles shut down now they never open enough registers and have new staff on who cant keep up… even quick trips here take way too long

Nice big store. Layout is a bit strange but shelves are well stocked. Staff need to be educated in the new Rewards wallet.But otherwise friendly. Apart from one lady who thought it a hassle to have to pack my bags.

The Mooroopna Woolworths is usually not too bad when it comes to doing your shopping and we don't really have any issues, its understandable that they are quite under staffed.However there is one worker in particular that always has a Dirty look on her face, I think her name is Leonie (shoulder length dark brown/black hair and wears glasses) when serving the customers she is judgemental/rude/arrogant towards them. The register she works on was messy (left over spring onion on the counter from another customer) we swept it off onto the ground as there are no bins close by except for one right BEHIND the register!She had a go at my partner for sweeping it off onto the ground and told him to put it into a bin(which he then did). Thats what she gets PAID to do, serve customers politely/tidy up after herself ect.. (every other employee puts in their fair share of tidying)If Leonie does not like dealing with customers OR has NO customer skills, work in a different part of the store(re-stocking/online shopping/ect..) She drags her fellow employees down with to her nasty additude. Such a shame!

Always has everything I need, and less chaotic and quieter than the stores in town.

A wonderful place to shop the store is clean and there is always staff walking around the store if you need help and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly.
