Monique is a great vet. You can tell she absolutely loves animals above all else. She is highly experienced and great at diagnosing and treating a whole range of issues. And she is great at saying things clear and straight without any fluff.Our dog is comfortable around her which says ALOT as she is very anxious, often to the point of shaking when taken to the vet.

Monique and team are kind and dedicated to the health and welfare of all creatures big and small. We have taken all our pets there and travel far to continue going there since we moved.

I did not have an appointment but they kindly squeezed us in. Leanne was very caring and gentle with my cat. Thank you panania vet clinic.

Our animals actually love going to the vet. Our dog can't get inside fast enough so they've got to be doing something right. They've treated our Guinea Pigs and birds. All of them are happy and kept healthy

Depending on who you get to serve you, the service varies. One lady was very friendly while another was pretty judgmental on how the pets are cared for.Parking outside of the vet is plentiful though thankfully so access is good. Given the recent Covid situation, you’ll usually be asked to wait outside until it’s your turn. When entering you’ll be asked to wear a mask.What bothered me in particular was the slow service. Since there are usually only 2-3 staff working, it can take forever for someone to attend to you. Even with a booking, we ended up needing to wait an entire hour before someone was able to help us with our cat.Come here if you must (since this is one of the few vets that are open on the weekends). But if you can avoid it, you really should.

What this vets may lack in social graces they more than make up for in their veteranary skill. Our dog was pretty much written off by another vet (given a week to live). After treatment here he is still going strong some four months later. Go in expecting a pat on the head or a lollypop for being such great pet owners and you are going to be disappointed. But if you want your pet sorted out properly this is the place.

My experience with Panania Vet was extremely unprofessional and rude with how they treat their patients, unhygienic and lack of care, I've treated both my cats there and they were my regular vet but had no regard for my concerns or my pet's needs. Turned me away dryly and were extremely rude when I came to them with a serious medical issue and told me to just 'look elsewhere online'. They also are unprofessional with how they handle payments & receipts of procedures done, they also gave me misleading advice where they said my cat could have had a false pregnancy but my cat is now in serious condition with two fetus' inside of her that are deceased. They posed great risk towards my pet and had no regard for my emotions & responsibilities as a pet owner considering my cat needed an emergency surgery but refused me with no referral or guidance. I took their advice to go to an emergency vet as well without a referral and as I come back to them with my concerns, they turned me away and did not offer compassion or consideration for my situation considering my cat is in serious condition.

Have been taking my old dog for over 8 years and now my little French bulldog lalah recently. She suffers from allergies and food sensitivity and the vets have been amazing with the information and care given to her. Would recommend you take your animals here.

My greyhound was spayed here. Looked after overnight. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.
