Went to see the funny Joe Lycett and was amazed at just how big the venure was especially considering it looks quite deflating from the outside.Great facilities, quite a grand room and pubs close by for a cheeky pint and some food

Riverside Theatre
Saw Jimmy Carr and Sarah Millican at Riverside Theatre. Venue felt, stuffy and more formal, than a relaxed venue for comedians. Could do with more toilet facilities. Parking is plentiful and cost is decent.

Riverside Theatre
Have only been here for WASO shows. The events were well staffed and organised. The temperature in the theatre itself is great - not freezing cold or too warm. The acoustics are wonderful (that said, I have bad hearing and thus lower standards), and the view of the stage is good even in the nosebleeds (if they're using the projector screen).

Really well set up, great views from all areas of the theatre even further back.It can be a little bit difficult to find your way to it depending on where you enter the convention centre (it would be helpful if they had maps at each entrance to orientate you like shopping centres do). But staff are very helpful and once we were pointed in the right direction we found it easily.

Great venue with small seats.Nice view good air conditioning.We saw Jim jeffries which was funny. Love the free parking, clean toilets and public transport

Good spot, great event. No bad seats as far as I could see. Seats 2,500, bars just outside the Theatre parking underneath about 120m away.They had escalators & lifts for the less mobile.

Seats are comfy, plenty of leg room, but found the fold out table attached to our seats sat on an angle, so couldn't sit cups on it as they slid down towards us
