The car pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and the vehicle was in great condition. The staff here were friendly and provided all the necessary information. Although it may be a bit pricey, you can save money by booking the car and pay in advance.

A much better pickup location and far easier than heading into Melbourne city. Service-minded staff, car was ready, clean and with an explanation of vehicle controls - overall, excellent. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with all the major rental companies and lots of smaller ones but never have I been treated so well by the staff at Avis in Preston.Picking up the car was easy, it was in pristine condition, driving it was apleaseure, it was all over to soon, taking it back and getting my bond back was so smooth and easy.I learnt that the man and woman (sorry I forgot to get your names) serving me are married and that many of the extnded family are involved in the business.Fantastic people, a great experience. I highly recommend them to you all. I will be going back next time I need a car.Warmly Kevin

Hi there I am not one to give a review but I think this place has definitely deserved it. I have rented a car at a grate price and due to not having the car I wanted I got an upgrade to a better car with no charge. The car was super clean on pick up the staff member Roy was really welcoming and friendly and I don’t have a bad thing to say but the place.. thanks Roy and his team I will definitely be back if I’m need off a car again thanks guys
