The date is 17/4/2023 time was 4:00This was the second time I've encountered the horrible customer service of the girl working today. Horrible horrible!Didn't lift her head up when I was 15cm away from her . I said hi very loudly and still didn't get a response from her the whole time her head was down in the screen.Should not be working at a high quality shop like honey birdette where customer service is a priority.

Quality of the lingerie is amazing. The sales assistants are lovely. You can tell they genuinely care about your satisfaction and not about making a sale. Good returns and exchange policies as well. Nicole and Georgia are usually who I end up seeing and they’re always honest about fits and how things look. Have been shopping there for ages and will continue to do so.
